Net IT developed CRM solutions for Allianz with Microsoft Dynamics for relationship management with the broker agencies. Initially, Allianz Benelux merely used Microsoft Dynamics for following-up on communication and meetings with the brokers. Now, Allianz also uses Microsoft Dynamics for lead generation and marketing campaign management.

Net IT implemented ClickDimensions, for marketing automation on top of Microsoft Dynamics. Thanks to ClickDimensions, brokers are now able to send out very “fancy” e-mails to (potential) customers and improve their follow-up on commercial opportunities.
