Streamline and automate business processes

BOIC is the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee that represents the Olympic Movement and its values in Belgium. The Committee brings together 81 national sports federations, which consist of more than 30,000 sports clubs and more than 2,000,000 active sportspeople.

BOIC realized that their database was extremely outdated and that they urgently needed to streamline and automate their operations. They chose Net IT as strategic CRM partner and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as supporting software to achieve these important goals.

Less administrative workload, more time

BOIC centrally manages the administrative data of its contacts in CRM; this are the athletes, coaches, sports federations, sponsors and partners. All the employees of BOIC work with one central database and thus always with the same data. The athletes themselves can also consult and update their own data via a specific athletes portal. All this reduces the administrative workload and saves time.

In addition to the integration with the specially developed athletes portal, the CRM-project includes other integrations with external software, such as with Gracenote and BOIC's accounting system.

Pascal Dufourny Project Manager at BOIC
“An important advantage of CRM is that we have one central database and that our employees always work with the same data.”

Streamline and automate business processes

The Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) for relationship management with their athletes, partner organizations, suppliers and sponsors, for the organization of delegations and for the automation of business processes.
