As a start-up company, Strategica was urgently on the lookout of a CRM solution that was able to quickly structure a vast amount of information and to provide the necessary tools for efficient customer follow-up. Net IT implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365 in a very short timeframe.

Doubled operational performance of the call center

All 25 people from Strategica are actively using the CRM platform every day. The call center agents among them have largely increased their performance. thanks to CRM.

Back in the days when we were still working in Microsoft Excel, we were able to process about 30 to 40 calls in 4 hours. Now, we have double that number. Our call center agents easily execute 60 to 70 calls in the same time, says Koen Dullaers.
